The Online Customizer is intended for Clients to create mock-ups of your bottles, and only pixel files are accepted (e.g., .jpg, .png, etc.). Actual artwork vector files (e.g., .ai, .eps, .pdf, etc.) are required to be emailed to us at info@bicyclewaterbottle.com, so please have your Designer visit our Artwork Specifications page for more information.
